Ecosystem Planning Update: Busy Bee Times! 🐝

Hey everyone! It’s been a while since our last update, and that’s because we’ve been buzzing with activity.

Here’s the lowdown on what’s been happening over the past couple of months as we inch closer to bringing our ecosystem vision to life. Spoiler: it’s getting exciting!

🚀 Wrapping Up the Design Sprint

We held the final part of our design sprint with our founding member prospects. In total, 24 entrepreneurs have joined forces to plan this revolution. That’s right—24 brilliant minds shaping something completely new. It’s been an inspiring journey of collaboration and creativity.

💬 One-to-One Deep Dives

To refine our proposition, we held 20 one-to-one semi-workshops with the founding members. Flu season tried to slow us down (seriously, everyone seemed to catch it at some point!), but the effort was worth it. These sessions allowed us to fine-tune and iterate our vision, ensuring it’s robust while staying true to the core principles we all agreed on.

💰 Investment Success

We’re thrilled to share that 90% of the planning participants have invested in the ecosystem. This overwhelming support means we now have the budget to start taking steps towards going live. Seeing this level of commitment from our community has been nothing short of amazing!

🧩 Filling the Final Pieces

As we move forward, we’ve identified a need for 1–4 additional founding members or companies to complete our ecosystem puzzle. This will help us align even closer to the position we’re aiming for.

The good news? We’re already in talks with 11 shortlisted prospects, all of whom are excited about this one-of-a-kind opportunity.

But there’s still room for more discussion. Of course, this journey isn’t for everyone. It’s for the bold, the ambitious, and the brave.
